Tinday Gosht
Ingredients
Mutton ½ kg
Tinday ½ kg medium
sized cut into four
Ginger garlic paste 1
tbsp
Green chilies paste 1
tsp
Onion 2 medium sized
sliced
Tomato 2 medium sized
chopped
Red chili powder ½ tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp
Fresh coriander for
garnish
Green chilies 4-5
2-3 cups of water
Method
1.
Take a pot, now
add mutton, water, and then add ginger garlic paste with green chili paste.

Now add all the
spices and sliced onion, also add chopped tomato.
3.
Bring it to a
boil and leave it on a medium flame for an hour so that meat gets tender.
4.
Add water
occasionally if necessary, after meat gets tender let the water dry and add 2-3
tbsp of oil.
5.
Stir it on high
flame till the fat separates.
6.
Now add Tinday
and again add 2-3 cups of water, bring it to a boil.
7.
Let it cook on medium flame till potatoes are
soft and let green chilies on dum.
8.
Garnish it with
fresh coriander and serve hot with Nan or rice.
