Chiken Handi


Ingredients

Chiken boneless 1 ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper 3-4 tbsp (or to taste)
Salt to taste
Dhai 1 kg     
Cream ½ cup
Till ½ tbsp chopped
Tomato 1 medium sized chopped
Onion 1 medium sized chopped
Oil 2 tbsp

Method

1.      Take a bowl add boneless chicken, dhai, cream, black pepper, salt, till, ginger garlic paste and marinate it for 2 hours before cooking.
2.      Take a pan adds oil then add onion and cook till golden brown.
3.      Now add chopped tomatoes, and cook till oil separates.
4.      And then add the marinated mixture in the pan and let it cook.
5.      When the chicken is near to cook, add green chili and let it cook till soft.
6.      Cook until the water is dried and chicken is fully cooked.
7.      Garnish id with fresh coriander and serve hot.
8.      Enjoy it with Nan or roti.
