Bhindi Fry (Okra) (01)

     I.         
Ingredients:
12 cup oil
4 chilies  (cut into 2 pieces)
2 medium onion, sliced
½ kg Bhindi (Okra)
¼ turmeric (haldi)
1 tbsp red chili flakes
Salt to taste
Lemon for serving


Method:
  1. Rinse Bhindi and cut head and tail end off of each Bhindi. Chop Bhindi into small pieces.
  2. Dice onion and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, then add onion, cook until they are crispy brown.
  4. Now add chopped Bhindi, then add salt, turmeric, chilies (chopped), and red chili flakes.
  5. Cover the lid and cook. Keep stirring so that it does not stick to the pan.
  6. Serve hot with a lemon, enjoy with roti.
