Bhindi Fry (Okra) (01)
     I.         
Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup oil
4 chilies  (cut into 2 pieces)
2 medium onion, sliced
½ kg Bhindi (Okra)
¼ turmeric (haldi)
1 tbsp red chili
flakes
Salt to taste
Lemon for serving
Method: 
- Rinse
     Bhindi and cut head and tail end off of each Bhindi. Chop Bhindi into
     small pieces.
 - Dice
     onion and set aside.
 - Heat
     oil in a pan, then add onion, cook until they are crispy brown.
 - Now
     add chopped Bhindi, then add salt, turmeric, chilies (chopped), and red
     chili flakes.
 - Cover
     the lid and cook. Keep stirring so that it does not stick to the pan.
 - Serve
     hot with a lemon, enjoy with roti.
