Are you tired of thinking what to cook for lunch? Here is an easy and quick recipe to make. :)
Ingredients:
Potato ½ Kg
Salt (to taste)
Red chilli flakes (1 tbsp)
Oil (as peruse)
Cumin (zeera) (1 tbsp)
Method:
1.
Heat oil in wok, then add 1 tbsp cumin (zeera)
and let it sizzle for a min.
2.
Then add sliced potato in it, add salt and red
chilli flakes, then sauté it for a min so that all the ingredients mix well.
3.
Add 1 cup water, and let it cook until the
potatoes are cooked perfectly and the water is dried.
4.
Serve it hot with plain yogurt.
