Channa and Maash Ki Daal
Ingredients:
Channa
Daal 1 cup
Maas
Daal 1 cup
Red
Whole Chili 5 -6
Garlic
Paste ¼ tbsp
Ginger
Paste ¼ tbsp
Salt
to taste
Onion
(for Tarka)
Oil
2 tbsp
For Garnish:
Podena (Mint) chopped
Ginger
sliced
Green
Chilies chopped 1 -2
Method:
1. Rinse channa daal and Maash daal, put
it in a pan, and now add two cups of water.
2. Then add ginger garlic paste, salt, whole
red chili.
3. Stir and cover the lid.
4. Cook until the daal is soft makes sure
the daal don’t mash.
5. Now take a pan and heat oil, add sliced
onion and cook until they are golden brown.
6. Add that onion into the daal and garnish
it with Podena, green chilies, and garlic slices.
7. Serve hot with Nan or roti.
